Kapalabhati: This is a simple inhaling and exhaling exercise sitting with legs cross folded. But remember to inhale and exhale hard that the air reaches and comes from your stomach. Apart from many other benefits, this would help in losing weight if you have excess weight and if you are too skinny it will help you gain weight.
Matsyasana: Lie down on your back with hands to the side.Slowly breathe in and raise your head (as if you were looking up) keeping it touched to the floor. A few seconds later, exhale and bring your head to its original position.As there is not much physical strain in this asana, it is ideal for pregnant women also. It increases the supply of oxygen into the brain.
Sinhasan: Fold you knees backward and sit on it with hands on thighs. Stretch your tongue out as much as possible; take in and out air from mouth. This enhances facial features by stimulating the facial nerves.
Ardhtitaliasan: It is also called as Butterfly asana. Here you need to join your feet and hold your feet with your hands. Then keeping your breathing system normally, flap both your knees up and down. This Asana does wonder to body organs below the abdomen. It is a suitable exercise for ladies with gynecological problems.
