As believed by the followers of Hindu religion, Lord Vishnu`s abode Vaikunta is in the middle of the sea with a Shesh-Nag (snake god) as his bed; hence he is also known as Vaikunthnath. He is in a sleeping position but knows well what is happening around the universe.
