Carrot is also used in Biryani Pulao. In this manner, carrot in useful in all things. Carrot gives energy, warmth and nourishment to body. For patients who are unfit since long time, carrot is extremely beneficial. For the purpose of once again activating already weak digestion power, carrot juice beginning from half a glass to four glasses can be given three to four times a day. Carrot juice can be consumed with Ginger and Lemon juices. Carrot juice can also be consumed with other juices such as Citrus, Orange, Aamla, Grapes, Apple etc. Drinking carrot juice for two to three times in a day is not harmful but if taken excessive, it may be harmful.
