Eye Problems- Tips from Aayurveda..

Mix 100 grams Triphala (Mixture of Harde-Terminalia Chebula, Baheda-Terminalia Belerica and Aamla-Indian Gooseberry) powder with 100 grams Variyali (Fennel seeds) powder. To improve eye sight, consume one spoonful of this mixture with water or Ghee daily in morning and evening.
Sometimes when milk, dust, lime particles or Aankada’s milk falls in eyes, at that time apply castor oil in the eyes, to get relief from the burning sensation.
If lime particles or Acid has fallen in eyes, then rub Ghee upon the eyes from outside as well as inside to get relief.
If the eyes have become reddish, then apply Ghee to remove this reddish ness.
Boil Turmeric two to four pieces with Tuver (Pigeon Pea) Daal and let it dry in shadow. Rub this Turmeric piece in water and apply the same on eyes before sunset two times. Jhamar (disease caused by gas affecting eyes and head) of eyes, white Fulu (white spot in eyes) in eyes, reddish ness of eyes, weak eye sight, etc. problems can be cured.
Eye sight can be sharpened by daily eating fresh butter. Reddish ness and burning sensation of eyes can also be cured by it.
Make a mixture out of equal proportion of Dhana(Coriander), Variyali (Fennel Seeds) and Sakar. Consume one spoonful from this mixture daily after taking food. It cures problems such as burning sensation in eyes, watery eyes, reddishness of eyes, dark circles in eye sight, etc.
Mix Hing (Asafetida) in honey. Lit a lamp by making a cotton wick. Now make black Kajal (Black pigment) out of the above mixture. Apply this Kajal on eyes. It will cure watery eyes and will improve eye sight.
Rub white pepper in curd or honey and apply in eyes to cure night blindness.
Rub black pepper in water and apply in on Aanjani. It will quickly get ripe, get punctured and will be cured.
Night blindness can be cured by applying drops made by rubbing Laving (Clove) in milk of goat.
Eye blindness can be reduced to a great extent by consuming juice of ripe tomatos daily in morning and evening.
Night blindness can be cured by licking Jeera (Coriander) powder with Sakar and Ghee.
Add slight salt in juice of onion and drop it in the eyes. Night blindness can be cured by this.
If there is a problem of mucus in eyes, then rub Khadi Sakar in onion juice and put 2-2 drops in both eyes at bed time, to get relief from it.
Mix juice of Saragavo (Drum Stick) with honey and apply it in eyes. All types of eye diseases can be cured by this. It will also improve the eye sight.
Daily thoroughly splash cold water upon both the eyes in morning and evening. It reduces heat of the eyes and improves the eye sight.
Take out juice of Coriander, filter it with clean cloth and drop 2-2 drops of it in both the eyes. Acne of eyes, Fulu (white spot in eyes), thin filmy layer upon eyes, etc diseases can be cured. Specs number can also be reduced.
Drop mixture of Saragavo (Drum Stick) juice and honey in both the eyes to cure all types of eye diseases.
Dropping juice of Nagarvel (Betel Leaf) in both the eyes will cure pain in the eyes.
Heat of eyes can be reduced by consuming Jeera (Coriander) powder daily.
Soak Dhana (Cumin) seeds overnight. Rub them thoroughly and filter it. Wash both eyes with this water. It will cure pain in the eyes.
Mix thoroughly pure honey and Khakhra No Ark (Extract of Butea Monosperma) and store it in a bottle. Drop 2-3 drops of this mixture at bed time daily. Specs number can be reduced by this.
Soak coarse Triphala (Mixture of Harde-Terminalia Chebula, Baheda-Terminalia Belerica and Aamla-Indian Gooseberry) powder in water over night. In morning filter it and thoroughly wash eyes with it. Eye sight can be improved by it.
Rub Sakar in water and apply it in morning and evening in both the eyes. Acne of eyes and Fulu (white spot in eyes) can be cured by it. Eyes get cleaned by it. Eye sight get improved.
Relief can be got by applying mixture of lemon juice, honey and alum powder in the eyes, in case of swelling of the eyes.
Mix juice of white onion with honey and apply it in the eyes. Pain in eyes can be cured by it. It will also improve the eye sight.
Take Turmeric, Alum and leaves of Imli in equal proportion and grind them. Fill it in a cloth to make a ball of it. Heat this cloth ball and bake both the eyes with the help of it. It cures reddish ness of eyes as well as burning sensation of eyes.
Make a mixture of Sakar and Dhana (Cumin) in the ratio of 1 : 3. Boil it in water. When it cools down, filter it and fill it in a bottle. Drop 2-2 drops in both the eyes in morning and evening to cure pain in the eyes.
Rub non-oily Tuver Daal with water on a stone and apply this in both the eyes to cure white Fulu (white spot in eyes) and circles before eye sight.
Rub Jaifal (English: Netmeg Latin: Myristica Fragrans) in water and apply it upon the eye lashes and surrounding the eyes, in order to cure itching sensation of eyes and watery eyes. It will also improve the eye sight.
Dropping Pomegranate juice in both the eyes will reduce the specs number.
Dropping rose water in both the eyes in morning and evening will immediately cure the reddish ness of eyes.
Take cow dung of a healthy cow and filter it. Rub Lindi Piper (Piper Lungum) in it. Apply it in both the eyes daily to cure night blindness.
Cataract, Jhamar (disease caused by gas affecting eyes and head) of eyes, red vein of eyes or eye pain can be cured by applying one’s own urine in the eyes.
