Benefits Of Turmeric

Turmeric oil is useful in curing allergy.
Turmeric has worm destroying qualities. In order to destroy harmful bacteria of stomach, consume one spoonful raw Turmeric powder in morning on empty stomach. You can even add a pinch of salt in it. If you continue to do this for one week, then all harmful bacteria will get killed within a week.
Turmeric contains enough proportion of iron, which is helpful in creation of new blood.
Turmeric also has anti venom quality. In case of biting of any poisonous insect or creature, apply hot Turmeric paste upon it.
Turmeric is also helpful in case of any problem of eyes. Add a pinch of Turmeric power and little alum powder in half a cup of rose water. Putting 2-2 drops of this mixture in eyes cures eye problems.
In case of Influenza, add half a spoon of Turmeric powder and one fourth spoon of Ajma (Bishop’s weed) powder in a glass of water. Then add two spoons of Honey in it. Drinking this in morning and evening is advantageous in treating Influenza.
In the disease of Asthama, drink mixture of milk and Turmeric powder in morning and evening.
If there is a bone fracture or muscle twist or an internal injury, then apply warm Turmeric paste or drink warm milk after adding Turmeric powder in it.
If there are bacteria or worms in stomach, then kill them by drinking mixture of Gol (Jaggery) and Turmeric powder.
Turmeric works as a medicine even in skin diseases. Make a paste out of Turmeric flowers and apply it on the affected parts.
Blood disorders can be cured by consuming Turmeric powder.
In case of Jaundice, consuming mixture of butter milk and Turmeric powder is beneficial.
To cure mouth ulcers, make a paste of Turmeric powder and little water and apply the same.

In case of cough, keep a piece of Turmeric in mouth and suck it.
In case of stagnant cough in throat, drink hot milk after mixing Turmeric powder in it.
If there is a pain in ears, take one gram each of white alum powder and Turmeric powder, and after filtering it, drop one pinch each in the ears. This is a perfect remedy for ear pain.
